I must admit, while living in condos, the ease of such a style of living is quiet appealing. Even though my family lives in a traditional home now, there are some very nice features to living in a condo that I do miss. First, and the most obvious advantage a condo offers over a home, are the costs savings. On average, most costs associated with condo living is cheaper. From insurance, maintenance, utilities and the actual cost of the property itself is usually discounted even with association fees. The association repairs the roof, cuts the lawn, maintains the pool and a host of other services at a modest fee. Second, the feeling of community is substantial when living in a condo facility. This community feeling aspect with condo living is a strong appeal for many individuals. During my time at UNO, I really enjoyed our condo easy lifestyle. There was a lounge area with a pool, TV and a bar where I would meet many other condo tenants and formed great friendships. Finally, the aspect of security is very important to many condo dwellers. Having many neighbors around helps tenants feel secure with many eyes all around them. And, if you live alone with a high security fence, there is a very high level of comfort. Often times, we take this security for granted. But there is value to the concept of safety in numbers. If you are thinking about buying or selling a condo, please give Lanclos Realty, LLC a call.
